After my first SIS gel I swore off gels despite experiencing a marked improvement after bonking. It was just an unpleasant experience on the palate.
At the first T100 SG in 2024, after the first gel at the aid station, I found myself grabbing more to expend along the way.
Superior taste and light on the palate, it was also easy on the stomach. Reminds me of Fruitips pastilles.
Highly recommend and worth the price. I grab them in boxes of 18.
