Ingredients:

Gluten free Oat flakes (45%), Date Paste, Sugar, Cane Molasses, Coconut Oil, Golden Syrup, Humectant: Glycerine, Cocoa Butter, Emulsifier, E322 (Sunflower), Ground Tumeric, Natural Flavouring, Himalayan Pink Salt.

Directions for Use:

Consume up to 1-2 packs per hour during exercise as required, always keeping hydrated with electrolyte drink. Store in a cool dry place.
