How to use
Triple Magnesium
Mix 1 scoop with 8 oz of water. Shake Well. Consume 30-60 mins before sleep. 

Ultra Immune C
Mix 1 scoop with 500ml water or other. Shake well. Consumed anytime of day.

Take (1) tablet on a full stomach in the morning.
