Orders & Payment

What are my payment options?

We accept all major credit and debit cards, including Visa and Mastercard. Additionally, we accept payment via PayNow, GrabPay, Visa, Mastercard and Atome. You can select your preferred payment method at checkout.

Can I change my order?
We work hard to dispatch all orders as quickly as possible, so your order may already be on its way to you. As a result, we recommend double-checking your order at checkout. However, you can still reach out to our support team via the Contact Us. We’ll do our best to assist you.

My order has been shipped. Can I change or cancel my order?
Unfortunately, we’re unable to cancel your order once it ships.

Can I track my order?
Once your order has been successfully placed, we’ll send you an order confirmation email with your order details. When your order ships, you’ll then receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

How will my order be delivered?
We deliver your order straight to your doorstep by local courier. We’ll do our best to delivery in about 2 to 3 working days.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes. With additional charges that apply to your order will be listed during the checkout process.

Do I need to pay custom tax?
Yes, you need to pay customs tax when buying from an online store, depending on various factors, including the destination country, the value of the purchased items, and local customs regulations.

What if my item was missing, incorrect, damaged, or faulty?

- Image of the Item/Parcel(s) received
- Order Number

Please do not dispose of or throw away any of the items you're writing in about! Simply Active may arrange to collect the product.
